How can I get my products delivered?
There are 2 requirements for delivery. 1. You must be in our delivery area and 2. you must meet the bag minimum. You can find more details in our Delivery Information section.

How do I pick up my products?
Just come to the location you’re purchasing from and go to the drive-thru. Your items will be ready for you there.

What are the requirements for pallet pricing?
To receive pallet pricing you must purchase a full pallet of the same item (no mix and match). This excludes milk replacers, shelled corn, oats and soybeans meal. This discount is for pick-up only and must be loaded directly onto a truck/trailer with a forklift. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers. For livestock and equine feeds the discount is $1 off per bag and the code you can use at checkout is $1OFF

I can’t find the products I’m looking for, where are they?
We do not have all the products that are in our stores on this site. This site is limited to larger items such as feed and shavings.

I’m tax-exempt how to do get that on my account?
If you’re tax-exempt we have to approve it and add it to your account. Contact us and we can get this taken care of.
